How to Use

1. Twist the cap of the pod, apply a small drop of gel on the tray. 2. Put the tray in your mouth. 3. Put LED ligth over top trays in mouth. After Use: Remove trays, rinse, brush teeth. Clean the trays with cold water before and after use. Usage Guidelines: For first-time users, we recommend you use it for 30 minutes. For follow-up treatments, use for 10-20 minutes to achieve the desired whiteness.
