Sample & MOQ
For first-time buyers, one set of existing-formulation samples is provided at our cost; the buyer covers shipping. Custom-formulation samples carry an R&D fee dependent on scope; this fee is refundable against the first production order.
We don't impose a fixed MOQ. Order quantities are flexible and negotiated per project — pilot runs for market validation are welcome, and volumes scale from there. Custom packaging with bespoke molds may carry its own tooling minimum, quoted up front.

Production & lead time
Standard lead time is 15-25 days from approved artwork and 50% deposit receipt. Rush production at 10-12 days is available for repeat customers with established account terms, subject to current line loading.
Yes. We work with paper, plastic and aluminum primary packaging. Bespoke molds for syringes, jars or boxes are available with appropriate tooling lead time - typically 25-35 days for new mold cuts - with a tooling minimum quoted up front to amortize the mold cost.
Yes. Mixed-SKU orders for distributors filling a launch range are routine. Each SKU is quoted on its own terms to keep production setup costs aligned with the order economics.

DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS and TNT for express. By sea (FOB, CIF or DDP) for full-pallet and container shipments. Air freight is available for time-sensitive partial shipments.
Yes for the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Canada and several other major markets. DDP includes customs clearance and last-mile delivery to the buyer's address.

Customization & formulation
Carbamide peroxide 0.1% to 44%, hydrogen peroxide 0.1% to 35%, PAP and PAP+ peroxide-free systems, and combination formulations. Concentrations are matched to destination-market regulations - for example, EU cosmetic limits are lower than US OTC ceilings, and our R&D team confirms compliance before sampling.
We develop comparable formulations from published ingredient lists and stated performance. We do not infringe protected formulations or patents. Reference products help our R&D team engineer an IP-compliant equivalent that meets the buyer's positioning.
Yes. Our R&D team maintains formulations suitable for vegan certification, Halal compliance and allergen-free positioning. Third-party certification fees (e.g., Vegan Society, Halal authority) are passed through transparently.
Payment & terms
Standard: 30% deposit by T/T at order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Established repeat customers may qualify for LC at sight or net-30 terms following credit review.

After sales
Defective units identified on receipt are replaced free of charge in the next shipment or credited proportionally. Each batch has retain samples kept for one year to support root-cause investigation.
