Sample Process

How sampling works, what it costs, and how a sample becomes a production order. The goal is to let you validate physical quality and packaging fit before committing to a production run.

The sampling timeline

1. Requirement confirmation

   You tell us the product type, target market, active system preference (PAP, CP, HP, peroxide-free) and any packaging direction. NDA available on request.

2. Formula match

   We match your requirement to an existing formulation from our 240+ portfolio, or scope a custom development if needed. We confirm the active concentration is compliant for your destination market before proceeding.

3. Sample production

   Existing-formula samples are pulled and packed within 72 hours. Custom formulations require 7-14 days for R&D and pilot production.

4. Dispatch

   Samples ship via DHL or FedEx Express with tracking. Lead time to your door depends on destination customs, typically 3-7 days.

5. Evaluation & iteration

   You assess physical quality, taste/texture, packaging fit and shelf appearance. Adjustments (if any) are issued in a second sample round.

What you can customize at sample stage

• Formula - active system, concentration, flavor, sensitivity profile.
• Packaging - primary container, secondary carton, insert literature (3 design rounds included on confirmed orders).
• Accessories - LED units, applicator pens, trays, shade guides.

From sample to production

1. Sample approval

   You sign off on the final sample and artwork.

2. Order confirmation

   Quantity and terms agreed. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

3. Tooling & production

   Pilot tooling carries over to the production run. Lead time 15-25 days from approved artwork.

4. QC & shipment

   In-line QC and pre-shipment inspection, then FOB Shenzhen or DDP to destination with full documentation.
